Arbor Art Printable Set

A free downloadable printable set of vintage arbor art for use as wall decor perfect for summer or year-round.

True story: One of the biggest reasons we bought our house was because of the trees.  It’s funny how that becomes the one thing you miss when you live in a neighborhood without them.  Our last house was a “cookie cutter” with nary a tree in sight except for a scrawny crepe myrtle the neighborhood developers planted as our “landscaping package”.

In our new (old) neighborhood, we now have giant oaks with tire swings and towering magnolias that burst into bloom in summer and maple trees that turn the most gorgeous shades in the fall.

This house has turned me into a bonafide tree hugger.  For real, I’ll hug a tree with no shame because I missed them so much in our previously leveled yard.

So our latest addition to our kitchen’s coffee bar wall is in honor of that.  Gloriously vintage arbor art.

Today, I’m joining in with my sweet friend Krista again for The Happy Housie’s Seasonal Simplicity Summer Printable Tour. (You can snag lots of free summer printables at the end of this post.)

Now that our botanical print wall has a set for every season, I figured it was time to start this new wall in our kitchen that I always knew was missing something, but I could never quite put my finger on it.

Simple black and white art in symmetry with our IKEA plate rack was all it needed to add interest without making it too busy.

Since we live in the Carolinas, I used four trees that we see a lot of around here.  Maybe I’ll swap them out for Christmas tree prints in December, but I love that they work year-round.

I picked up these four 20×20 frames at IKEA for $15 each and printed the arbor art at Staples on ledger paper to fit the mat.  (If you have trouble at Staples, Office Depot or Overnight Prints usually works too.)

You can download the arbor art printable set yourself by clicking here or the button below to subscribe:

(If you’re already a subscriber, the direct download to the printable set is in your inbox and at the bottom of every email I send.)

Print Directions:

  • Download the arbor prints from the Bless’er House Printable Library (password in your email).
  • Go to Staples.com
  • Click “shop services” -> “print services” -> “copies & documents” -> “design now”
  • Click “add files” and upload the botanical print images
  • Click “media” -> “filter size” drop down menu -> “ledger 11×17”
  • Click “add to cart” -> “proceed to checkout”
  • In the notes section on your order, write “do not scale to fit” to keep the image at 11″x11″ because sometimes Staples will do it even when you don’t specify.

You could print these at 20″x20″ size on engineer print paper too, if you wanted them larger, but I decided to print them to fit inside the existing mats.

You could print them to place in any square frame in any size really though.

If you want to know about any of the sources or other projects that went into our coffee bar, you can find them all here: (Some affiliate links are provided.)
