Vintage Amber Bottle Label Printable

How to turn old jars and bottles into household decor with a vintage French style printable label + 21 more free printables for spring.

Some days I try to tell myself, “Yeah… I’m classy.”  And other days I think, “This piece of trash would look GREAT as decor in my house.”

And then I realize maybe I should use the term “classy” reeeeaaaally loosely.

But when trash looks like this, can you blame me for wanting it?

I mean besides the label.  Ignore that part for now.

First of all, I big puffy heart love vintage amber bottles. So any time I’m in the grocery store and see a bottle that could look all vintage-y and cute, it automatically gets bonus points.

Robert and I have been on a health kick lately, and I’d heard kombucha was a great regimen we could try, so I bought a couple of bottles of kombucha.  One sip and it was a big ol’ NOPE from us.  Bleck!  I’ve heard you have to acquire a taste for it, but nah. I’m good.

At least we can get cute decor out of it.

So I soaked the label off with some warm, soapy water and removed any remaining adhesive with some rubbing alcohol.

Then, I just whipped up a vintage style printable label to put on it for this year’s spring printable tour with Kristin at Ella Claire Inspired. (You can get more spring printables from her tour at the bottom of this post.)

Because you know anything vintage and French is fancy. That’s the rule.

I just printed it out on regular computer paper, attached it with some double sided tape, and that was it.

And I stuck these faux pink magnolia branches in it and placed it on our coffee table tray. Once the flowers start blooming around here, I’ll probably swap them out for some pretty ones from our yard.  It’s the cutest little decor accent now and almost looks like a vintage French perfume bottle.

I actually saw a bottle with a vintage style label on it being sold as a vase at a local boutique a few weeks ago, but I figured why buy it when I could make it for absolutely free?

So our ottoman has a burst of cheerful pink now and we’ll pretend our very short affair with kombucha never happened. I’ll find a different way to get healthy, I think. Haha!
